Diet for blood type O

Advantages- strong immunity, adaptable, healthy digestive system

Weaknesses- prone to autoimmune diseases (lupus, psoriasis), blood clotting, inflammatory disease, arthritis, high thyroid levels, ulcers, allergies

DIET INSTRUCTIONS: always take the very "beneficial"; you can eat the "neutral", avoid the "harmful".

 

BENEFICIAL:

MEAT: beef, lamb, veal, sheep (it is very important not to exceed 300grams per week);

FISH: cod, hake, sardines, mackerel, trout, salmon, herring, perch

DIARY: goat cheese, yogurt;

FRUITS and VEGETABLES: linseed or olive oil (cold pressed); artichoke, chicory, horseradish, leeks, onions, parsley, potato, spinach, turnips, parsnips, pumpkin, peppers, fresh and dried figs, fresh and dried plums, red and black plums, cherries

GRAINS: walnuts and pumpkin seeds,

NEUTRAL:

MEAT: chicken, duck, turkey, snail

FISH: tuna, crab, shrimp, carp, oysters

DIARY: rice or soya milk

FRUITS AND VEGETABLES: black beans, green beans, peas, beetroot, caraway, carrot, celery, lettuce, mushrooms, onion, cucumber, pumpkin and tomato, apples, blueberries, kiwi, pears, grapes, watermelon, banana, raspberries, apricots and peaches

GRAINS: almond, chestnut, hazelnut, sesame seed, rice, barley, millet, rye

MISCELANEOUS: mushrooms

HARMFUL (Please avoid them):

MEAT: bacon, goose, ham, pork, pate, sausages, any kind of salami and any kind of smoked meat, any kind of canned meat

FISH: caviar, roe, herring, smoked salmon, octopus

DIARY: cow milk, cheese, cheese curd, sour cream, butter, margarine

FRUITS AND VEGETABLES: lentils and white beans, avocado, cabbage, cauliflower, corn, eggplant, broccoli, oranges, blackberries, strawberries, tangerines, melon

GRAINS: peanuts and pistachios, plain bread, wheat, wheat flour, pasta, bagel

MISCELANEOUS: corn oil, sunflower oil

SUPPLEMENTS:

Vitamin B, vitamin K, Calcium, Iodine, sea algae

DIET: Be moderate in everything, work out often
