Diet for blood type AB

Advantages- tolerant immunity

Weaknesses- sensitive digestive system, prone to virus infections

DIET INSTRUCTIONS: always take the very "beneficial"; you can eat the "neutral", completely avoid the "harmful".

 

BENEFICIAL:

MEAT: lamb meat, turkey, sheep meat (it is very important not to exceed 300grams per week);

FISH: tuna fish, cod fish, hake fish, mackerel, pike, trout, salmon, sardines, snails

DIARY: unsalted cheese, goat cheese, goat milk, kefir, yogurt

FRUITS and VEGETABLES: olive oil (cold pressed); beets, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, cabbage, garlic, potatoes, parsley, cucumber, cherries, figs, grapes, kiwi, plums, lemons, blackberry, pineapple, blue plums, carrots, horseradish, strawberries, coffee

GRAINS: chestnuts, walnuts, peanuts; beans, red kidney beans, lenses, soya, millet, oats, rice, any kind of dark bread (no wheat).

NEUTRAL:

MEAT: pheasant

FISH: perch, herrings, squids, salmon, fish oil

DIARY: cheese, feta cheese

FRUITS AND VEGETABLES: almonds, pistachios, beans, green beans, lentils, peas, horseradish, potatoes, spinach, tomatoes, apples, apricots, blackberries, blueberries, peaches, pears, mayonnaise, mustard

GRAINS: white flour with oats and rye

MISCELANEOUS: beer, wine

HARMFUL (Please avoid them):

MEAT: bacon, chicken, partridge, wild meat, ham, beef, pork, any kind of salami and any kind of smoked meat, any kind of canned meat

FISH: smoked salmon, lobster, eel, cancer

DIARY: buttermilk, ice cream, butter and margarine

FRUITS AND VEGETABLES: banana, coconut, oranges, pomegranate, mango, aloe, radishes

GRAINS: ordinary oils, pumpkin seeds, sesame, sunflower, cornflakes, corn flour

MISCELANEOUS: mushrooms, pickled salads, coca cola, aloe, apple cider vinegar

SUPPLEMENTS: Vitamin C, hawthorn, quercetin

DIET: Be moderate in everything
