Diet for blood type B

Advantages- strong immunity, adaptable, balanced nervous system

Weaknesses- no natural weaknesses, prone to autoimmune diseases and sometimes viral infections

DIET INSTRUCTIONS: always take the very "beneficial"; you can eat the "neutral", avoid the "harmful".

 

BENEFICIAL:

MEAT: lamb meat, rabbit, sheep meat (it is very important not to exceed 300grams per week);

FISH: perch, mackerel, cod, hake fish, mackerel, pike, trout, salmon, sardines, hake

DIARY: unsalted young cheese, goat cheese, goat milk, kefir, yogurt;

FRUITS and VEGETABLES: olive oil (cold pressed); beans (any kind), lima beans, beets, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, cabbage, peppers, parsley, garlic, potatoes, parsnips, banana, grapes, plums, hot peppers, horseradish, radishes

GRAINS: almond, chestnuts, soya, millet, chestnuts, bran, rice products, rye

MISCELLANEOUS: mushrooms; eggs; pickled salads; mustard

NEUTRAL:

MEAT: beef, turkey

FISH: tuna, fish oil

DIARY: butter, buttermilk, cheese and other milk products

FRUITS AND VEGETABLES: linseed oil, beans, peas, cucumbers, celery, garlic, leeks, lettuce, okra, onions, spinach, apples, zucchini, squash, melons, apricot, blackberry, strawberry, peach, cherries, pears, figs, kiwi, lemon, watermelon, blueberries, grapes, raspberries, mayonnaise,

GRAINS: peanuts, walnuts, any kind of bread from rye, rice and barley

MISCELANEOUS: beer, wine, apple and wine vinegar, mayonnaise

HARMFUL (Please avoid them):

MEAT: bacon, chicken, goose, ham, pork, duck, any kind of salami, smoked meat, and any kind of canned meat

DIARY: ice cream

FRUITS AND VEGETABLES: black beans, chickpeas, lentils, grains and cereal products (pastry dough), artichoke, corn, radishes, tomatoes, cinnamon, pepper, ketchup, aloe

GRAINS: sesame seeds, peanuts, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, sesame oil, sunflower

MISCELANEOUS: carbonated drinks (even mineral water), strong alcohol(anything stronger than beer and wine).
